Iron removal filters in stainless steel

The waterworks has been updated with new and modern water treatment equipment. The building was in very good condition and has been reused. SILHORKO-EUROWATER has been main contractor; included in the job was design, delivery, installation and start-up of the new water treatment equipment as well as dismounting of the old equipment. The main parts in the new machinery:

• Pressure filters in stainless steel, installed as pre- and secondary filters for removal of iron, manganese and ammonium
• Aeration equipment and equipment for backwash
• Monitoring panel for online measurement of turbidity, oxygen, pH and conductivity
• Distribution system with five frequency controlled booster pumps 
• Pipe system in stainless steel
