Water treatment for the oldest brewery in Slovakia

Slovakias oldest brewery needed replacement of their existing water treatment plant. Important factors were to avoid chemicals for oxidation in the water treatment and that the treated water would meet the standards for high-quality water for beer production .

SILHORKO-EUROWATER supplied and installed water treatment producing up to 25 m3/h of drinking water of the quality required by local technical standards. This new water treatment plant significantly contributed to improvement of the quality of the water directly used for brewing.
