Plug and play solution for boiler feed water - water treatment plant in container

A high content of silica in the raw water resulted in scaling in the boiler. Based on a water analysis a suitable water treatment solution was designed including reverse osmosis unit and antiscale dosing as pretreatment. For optimum reliability in the water supply, the solution was designed with two individual and identical water treatment lines, each delivering 5 m³/h.

A containerized solution was required because it had to be ready for use shortly after arrival. All containerized water treatment plants from EUROWATER has been performance and pressure tested in the factory before shipment.

Because of the limited space for the water treatment installation in the existing facilities the container solution serves as a building and protects the installation and equipment. The container is equipped with lighting, doors, and air-conditioning.
